Un terreno de \u00bc de acre en el lado de la playa puede costar entre 5 y 6 millones si est\u00e1 disponible. Una casa de 4000 pies cuadrados de 40 a\u00f1os que necesita una renovaci\u00f3n intensa se acaba de vender por $ 8 millones.
