Sailing in North Eleuthera
Official Eleuthera Harbour Island brings you more information on sailing in North Eleuthera.
The Bahamas attracts tourists looking for a never-ending array of magnificent views and activities. Beautiful beaches, amazing marine life, oceanside dining locations, vibrant culture, entertainment, extravagance, and, of course, possibilities to cruise the sea in style attract visitors. The Bahamas holds a unique place in the heart of many sailors.
Eleuthera is known for dedicating a large number of days each year to regattas that traverse the sea between the islands and head for the horizon in typical flotilla form. While there are other regattas to choose from, individuals with a true passion for sailing will not want to pass up the opportunity to compete in the North Eleuthera Sailing Regatta while in the Bahamas.
North Eleuthera Sailing Regatta: Experience one of The Bahamas’ largest racing events, with native sailing sloops from Class A, B, and C taking to the waters around North Eleuthera, Harbour Island, and Spanish Wells.
