You may have to move a little bit in the house or out of the house to find a good signal. We suggest that you download a Wi-Fi enabled app such as WhatsApp so that you have a full guarantee to stay connected even while at the beach . WhatsApp does not function all the time in most instances you will need to be connected to the Wi-Fi. Harbour Island is very well connected and the largest majority of hotels, restaurants, vacation rentals are properly equipped. You will also notice that your batteries get depleted rather rapidly.

Their SIM cards will work in most unlocked cell phones. If you don’t have an unlocked phone and are planning to stay for more than a few days you may want to purchase a BTC cell phone for as low as $50. You can also rent a cell phone at the Batelco store which is located on Colbrook Street in Harbour Island.
