It is a new project that will combine residences, hotels and a Marina. At the present time 3 Townhouses have been built. The development goes at a very slow speed at this time.

The Marina was completed in 2021, the developer spared no expenses in building, it is really wonderful. It is described as a “State of the art Yacht heaven” . This Marina has 43 slips including 28 megayacht berths (up to 300 feet). The Briland Marina is the only one in Harbour island to have designed their docks with comfortable and safe floating docks.
Slips can be rented for short term periods or long term leases.
