The restaurant is part of the Tingum Village Resort. The star of the menu is the cheeseburger, purportedly the inspiration for Jimmy Buffett’s “Cheeseburger in Paradise” song. This burger served between thick slices of homemade Bahamian bread is definitely otherworldly. Dinner specialties include cracked conch and shrimp. Be sure to save room for Ma’s coconut tart or key lime pie.
