Don’t miss the mahi-mahi grilled for its originality, with its local pineapple sauce. Guests have the option to dine in the ocean breeze at dockside tables, or in air-conditioned comfort. Enjoy the stunning waterfront view either way. Dinner served until 9:30 pm daily.
At the end of the day, the Rooster Tail Bar (The Boathouse bar) welcomes you in bar-lounge mode to sip a Goombay Smash, a Kalik, or another exotic cocktail as an aperitif.
