All Marinas in Harbour Island are sheltered on the bay side of the island. Valentine Marina, Romora Bay and the new Briland Marina are the 3 marinas operating on the island.
The Valentine Marina is a chic Marina the closest from downtown it is made of a hotel, a scuba dive center, a shop and of two restaurants.
Romora Bay is located a little bit further South, it is the least updated of the 3 Marinas, it is made up of two restaurants and a hotel made up of rustic and outdated cottages.
Briland marina is the most recent luxury Marina; it is located opposite the Romora Bay Marina.
Boaters just love the convenience of getting there by boat.
Certain periods are busier than others and reservations need to be made in advance such periods include Thanksgiving, Christmas holidays, Easter, winter school breaks, 4 th of july. Docking fees per marina vary with seasons and with Marinas.
There are some mechanics working on the island and dockmasters will be able to recommend them.
